~ Choose close family and friends that will help you through this - they will be your support team. Find an association or a group of people who have gone through the same things; there is strength in numbers.

~ Find a reason to laugh again. Watch a comedy sitcom on TV or a witty film. Laughing will make you feel better and give you a break from the load you carry.
