Romance at the Beach is Easy with these Tips

By Charles Vaughn

Your creative family beach vacations can also have a romantic element...you just need to do a bit of homework. In this article we will be outlining some of the ways that you can do this. We all need a bit more romance in our life, right?

01 - Get a picnic basket and pack a special lunch. Take it to your favorite spot on the beach to enjoy with your loved one. Don't forget to bring along some of those special treats you enjoy from time to time.

Tip #02 - Rent the Honeymoon Suite. Who says you have to stay at a "same ole, same ole" hotel room. Who says that the honeymoon suite is only for those on a honeymoon? The new surroundings might spice your relationship up a bit.

Idea #03 - Get the Front Desk Involved. They know the area very well, and are up on those special local attractions and places to eat. They would love to work on this little "romantic" project for you.

Tip #04 - Switch Planning. Ask your partner to plan the perfect day, in which you provide no input, but go along with it. Then switch, it's your turn to plan the perfect day.

Idea 05 - Give compliments to each other. So often we take each other for granted...make sure you don't do this while you are at the beach. Saying nice things can go a long way to sparking romance...

06 - Don't forget the Room Service. It only costs a few dollars more, but it can mean so much. Share breakfast in bed. Get a nice dinner delivered to your door while you watch the late show.

Idea #07 - Exchange love letters. We all love to get letters, and LOVE to get love letters. Think of nice things and thoughts and express them on the written page.

Idea #08 - Star Counting. Why not walk down to the beach one evening and just count the stars in the sky. See if you can identify stars or shapes. Don't forget that special bottle of "bubbly"...

09 - Beach Walks. Walking along the beach, hand-in-hand, can be very romantic. What a great way to experience love, and share a few intimate thoughts and words.

10 - Hotel rooms are usually equipped with "Do Not Disturb" signs. Make sure that your room is equipped with one, and be sure to use it...

Tip #11 - That Special Bottle of Wine. Does your loved one have a particular bottle of wine that they enjoy? Don't forget to get one...you can keep it cool in the hotel mini-bar.

12 - Explore the Shopping Area Together. If your partner happens to show an interest in a special item, why not double-back later that evening and pick it up for them? You could surprise them with it before you nod off to sleep.
